Terms and Conditions
1. Service Scope
- We provide repair, service, and maintenance for all kinds and all brands of televisions.
- Services are offered in selected cities: Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Kalyan, Mira Bhayandar, Lucknow, Kanpur, and nearby areas.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone, WhatsApp, or our official service portal.
- Service times are subject to technician availability and customer location.
- Any changes or cancellations should be informed at least 4 hours in advance.
3. Inspection Charges
- A nominal inspection fee is applicable if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.
- This fee is waived if the repair service is availed.
4. Warranty
- We offer a limited warranty (7–90 days) on repairs and spare parts, depending on the type of service and components used.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, or customer mishandling.
5. Parts and Spares
- We use genuine or compatible spare parts as required.
- The availability of certain parts depends on brand, model, and market supply.
6. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made upon completion of the service.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking.
- No refund will be provided once the service is completed and signed off by the customer.
7. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure safe access to the television unit for servicing.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to back up or protect any connected data or devices.
8. Limitations of Liability
- Rajveer Electronics is not liable for any loss or damage incurred due to delays, unforeseen technical issues, or third-party parts availability.
- We are not responsible for data loss, signal issues, or software configuration unless explicitly part of the service request.
9. Disputes and Jurisdiction
- Any disputes arising from our services will be handled under the jurisdiction of local courts based on the customer’s service location.
10. Policy Updates
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review them periodically.
